iPS-Brew GMP Medium

Overview:iPS-Brew GMP Medium is a xeno-and serum-free medium formulation that has been developed for the maintenance of undifferentiated pluripotent stem cells under feeder-free conditions. The complete medium is composed of the specifically formulated “iPS-Brew GMP Basal Medium" as well as the optimized “iPS-Brew GMP Supplement R" that when used together support long-term growth and maintenance of undifferentiated cells.Recombinant human TGF-β1 has to be added to the complete medium for the maintenance and expansion of human pluripotent stem cells.

Applications:iPS-Brew GMP Medium has been developed for the maintenance and expansion of human pluripotent stem cells on standard cell attachment matrices, e.g. Laminin 521.
